Our bison are grass fed and finished providing a lean cuts of meat that are flavorful and tasty. We strive to be competitive with the current market prices and appreciate our returning customers.

Hanging Weight vs. Packaged Weight – What You Could Expect to Take Home

This is where transparency will benefit everyone. We like to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied when making a purchase so that we can expect them to return for more bison in the future. One question that always causes a little bit of confusion is, “how much meat will I actually take home?”

Our bulls originate from prize winning herd Northwest American Plain bulls and it shows. Call to schedule a free visit or discuss available selection. We can only provide an estimated weight of the bulls since we are upgrading our corral system and don’t have a scale on-sight. The hanging weight will be determined once the bison is skinned and taken to a butcher. We also have a preferred butcher that can take care of all of your custom cut and wrap needs after your purchase.

All of our bison are fed grass and locally grown alfalfa that we also grow on our property in Southeast Idaho. We take pride in raising our bison in conditions they would experience in the wild and never use any growth hormones. We are a small town local ranch that would like to provide the best possible meats for our customers at a great price!
